Writer Janet Change’s background is in the glamorous film industry, where she mostly analyzed bad scripts until 2am.
She has a BA in Cinema-Television Production and Minor in Screenwriting from USC, and a Grand Diplôme and Diplôme de Boulangerie from Le Cordon Bleu Paris. She used to race her Mini Cooper. She was born in China and raised in Canada so she speaks, like, five languages. She is currently training to be a magician at the Magic Castle.
One time, she was shortlisted in a fiction competition. It was a Friday.
She is one of the moderators of The Wednesday Edition, an online workshop that is free and open to all interested writers and which, of course, actually meets on Sundays.
Janet and her husband currently live in Los Angeles.
